Hi, I’m Marta Maria
For over 25 years, I’ve devoted my life to real transformation — guiding people through healing, awakening, and those powerful “aha” moments when life finally begins to make sense. I hold a Master’s degree in Holistic Counseling Psychology and have trained in multiple modalities, yet my deepest wisdom has come from lived experience: feeling, clearing, and moving through the layers that keep us from our true freedom.
Like many on the path, I explored therapy, ceremonies, retreats, and personal growth work. Each brought insight, yet certain emotional patterns remained untouched. In 2019, after a heartfelt prayer on Mt. Shasta for a deeper way to heal at the root, something began to unfold. Months later, a clear, practical system revealed itself — sacred geometry, reset patterns, and sequencing that created profound shifts in real time. That moment became the foundation of True Spirit Reset™.
Today, I share this work through private sessions and certification programs, supporting those ready to step off the emotional hamster wheel and into a life that feels genuinely free.
